Hi, I'm a newbie to cake decorating, so I'm sure this has been covered a thousand times, but can someone please tell me how to make edible paint? I want to paint some black dashes on a cake and I'm not sure how to do it...

Just use a bit of black coloring gel or sometimes I use airbrush liquid.
