Hi, I'm looking to find a professional quality cake decorating certificate or diploma program anywhere in the US. I'm in Texas but I'm sure there is nothing around here...or is there? Looking for ideas in the line of L'art du gateaux at the French pastry school in Chicago. Very high quality classes.

Hi! im also in tx! I looked at my local community college and they have 2 2 year classes in pastry. in one you get a diploma and in the other you get a certificate. we also have cordon blue pastry classes.

Anyone know of really high end classes?
