Hi all,
Yup I'm over the idea of using cheap equipment....
Can anyone recommend high quality baking equipment. For example right now I'm looking for some new cooling racks... I recently got some from a local restaurant supply place... And of course within the first week they were showing signs of rust.
I'm thinking stainless steel...
For this and anything else you can ink of you love, please pass on the info.

YupI agree that stainless is the way to go whenever it's an available choice!
