i live in palm springs ca and decided that i was gonna purchase it but scared of it melting because its not cheap...do you think it can melt or just get soft also what site do you recommend tbk only has the 25lb tube and its just better and more economical buying the 50lb block thanks

Some companies will not ship items such as that and chocolate to specific areas of the country which are considered warm.etc..The reason is they end up refunding money when the produac arrives melted so they just refuse.Email/phone and ask if they will ship to you first before spending the money.
