Good Question. I would like to know the answer to that one also.

I have always used heavy whipping cream rather than milk. I use Indydebi's BC recipe, because it's good, it's easy, and it's always consistently the same. I do not refrigerate the cake that's frosted with it. I do refrigerate any leftover icing, then when I want to use it, I just put it in the mixer for a couple of mins and it's good to go.

If your recipe doesn't originally require refrigeration, it makes no difference if you substitute cream for milk. icon_smile.gif
