I am wondering if some of you who have done the upside down wedding cakes would give me some advice on how to go about making one? I had a bride approach me today about doing one in September and I told her I'd need to research it more and would let her know the first of the week. She's really interested in me doing it since I'm local to her and she wants to keep her business in our area. I've done many wedding cakes, but not one like this.

Please help and give me any pointers, if I need a special stand, etc.
