How To Make A Lighthouse Cake?

I need to make a lighthouse cake and I am trying to see if i can do a 3-d one instead a flat one. but i don't have any ideas on how to do it. I know it can be done cause i have seen pictures. Someone please give me some ideas. Thank you.

You could use RKT or stack 6 inches and carve. I would use a small LED light (you can get from Walmart).

I've made a 3-D lighthouse ... I used rice cereal treats. Super easy.
