Can anyone please recommend the best way to let people taste test at a Bridal Expo. I was thinking of mini-cupcakes / cakeballs or both. Should I have more than 2 flavours? This is not a big Expo.- only expecting around 300 people. I am realy nervous as this would be my first. Any aditional advice would be more than welcome.
