I am looking for a good chocolate filling for a wedding cake I'm making. Also something that does not need to be refrigerated after cake has been filled. Any ideas?

Check Jennifer Dontz's website Sugar Delites. She has chocolate filling from Henry and Henry that does not have to be refrigerated.
