I have made tons of mmf and find it pretty good to work with, but DON'T love the taste!
I have made rolled buttercream fondant a few times but find it hard to work with, but LOVE the taste!
So can anyone help me find middle ground?
This is for covering cakes!
Has anyone ever made both and mixed them together? Or have a recipe that is a compromise?
Please help! Thanks in advance!!

not sure if you consider this one a compromise. But I swear by MFF (Michelle Foster Fondant). The recipe is in the recipe section here, give it a try
