I just saw a video of a baker using something called The MAT to roll her fondant out. No cornstarch/confectioners sugar needed. It's two food safe vinyl mats that you roll the fondant out in & then peel the top one off when you go to cover the cake. She also gave a nice tutorial on how to cover a cake in fondant. It looks awesome and I just ordered one because I have a problem with my fondant drying out. Anyone else heard of it/use it? Here's the link:

I haven't used it yet, but a lot of others on here swear by it. There are some threads on here about it. HTH
