hi everybody!
I'm making chai cupcakes and was trying to think of a unique ingredient to use. Well I had some tapioca pearls at home so I infused them with some chai latte and cooked them but I was wondering how to incorporate them into the cupcake? has anyone baked tapioca pearls into a cupcake before? or maybe I could caramelize them somehow and bake my cupcakes on top? I really dont know how to use them in a cupcake. ideas please! [: thanks
