I do not have much experienece working with fondant(marshmellow) but the few fondant covered cakes ive made are always coverred in air bubbles and I have tried the pin technique but there is so many of them that my cakes end up with marks all over them after I attempet to smoth them . Is it that im over kneading the findant??? I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any other tips.
