....my new pans. 
So funny that cake pans make me excited. I ended up going with the Fat Daddio round pans, 2"x6, 8 and 10. I got 2 of each so I can speed up the cooking time. I ordered them from Global Sugar Art...how long is shipping usually?
I hope I like them! They have got to be better than what I've been using!
