Im fairly new to cake making and my questions is, if I make a fudge frosting and cover the cake in MM fondant, can it sit at room temp? The only dairy products in it is 1lb of butter and 1/4 cup of half and half. THANK YOU!!!
Hi, amandab! I had some similar questions, but it looks like it's pretty busy here today. Is your fudge frosting cooked? (I have a recipe that is cooked, so that is okay to leave unrefrigerated.)
