I'd like to have some opinions on re-creating a few designs. Thanks in advance for your feedback. For the pink stripes, what do you think they used? Ribbons? With the white vertical stripes, is that fondant layered?

Oh the first one, it does look like thin ribbons on fondant - that is so pretty! The other definatley looks like pleated fondant. I guess you could overlap white fondant strips to get that effect.

The second one looks similar to these, which are, I believe, done with individual strips:
