I have never worked with a PVC pipe in a cake before. I have my PVC pipe already attached to my board getting prepared for my cake I am making next week. My cake will be covered in Fondant. How do I cut the the center of the prepared cakes with the remaining PVC pipe (not attached to board) through the fondant and still make it look clean? I am concerned that my icing will squish out the center. Also, what is the best way to cover the PVC pipe?
