How do yall price your Rice Krispy Treats when you sell a cake? Do you estimate serving sizes? Charge a per figure/sculpture price?

The ninja turtle cake in my photos was done for a friend and I'm happy with the price I gave her, but for future reference, I'm just wondering how that works out.
