I've been asked to make a Taylor Swift cake for a little girls birthday party and have an idea of what i want to do BUT i've run into a problem... I'm wanting to put a guitar on the side of it but not a 3D guitar.. I would rather not attempt using icing to pipe one because it is so small but am not sure how to do it using fondant.. Can anybody help?

Thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

I would suggest you cut a guitar shape out of gumpaste to put on the side of the cake. Then you could pipe the strings, the pegs and any other details with royal icing or buttercream.
