i'm doing a sheet cake tomorrow and haven't narrowed down exactly how i want to do the sunset. it's going to be covered in fondant & i know my choices are:

marble the fondant
airbrush the fondant

any others? or any suggestions as to which would look best?

thanks!

use watered down gel colour to paint it on? I've seen that used effectively to create a graduated colour effect.

Or just paint it with airbrush colors and a paint brush. icon_smile.gif

I have done it several times with an airbrush but it is tricky..You have to practice...
