How long does home mmf last? I have some that I made in Jan. that is saran wrapped in several layers and placed into a ziploc bag and then placed into a covered plastic bowl.

Mine usually lasts only 2-3 weeks. One time I left it longer(I don't know how long but probably a couple months) and it was all crumbly. But test it and see how it is. You should be able to tell by kneading it if it's going to work. HTH!

Taste it, too. Mine tastes stale when it's too old. You can also freeze MMF to keep it longer.
