I have a recipe for a Madeira sponge which i love but my recipe only goes up to a 9inch square. I need one for a 12 inch squre and also for a 10 inch square. Is it worth trying to scale this recipe up or just find a new one?
Also, does anyone have any nice Red Velvet Cake recipes for a 10 and 7 inch squre cake?
Any help would be good.
