A friend of mine ordered a beer cake...i have the idea of making an icebox, with about two beers in it. How do i make ice to fill the icebox? Of course the ice can't melt. thnks for your help.

hello! have you looked into isomalt? there's quite a few forums on here about it, i'll see if i can't track some down for you =D

HI Cake-Architect..thanks for your reply...But we don't have Isomalt in our country...I tried using a regular ice cube trays and poured heated sugar in it,..it actually got harden but I have trouble taking the cubes out...any suggestions? thnks
