I would appreciate some suggestions on this: I have to do a cake in pale blue, chocolate brown and white. I may use white as the main color but wondering what the best fondant would be to go with if I want pale blue? I have made MMF many times and think I can achieve the right color and Satin Ice has a baby blue that would work, but I'm concerned with flavor as well.

Any suggestions? Thank you!!

I love Satin Ice, but I did not like the baby blue. I never use it and had to re-tint it to finish it up. I found the color to be a weird shade of blue. I think you'd be much happier tinting white fondant with cornflower blue (or even Wedgewood blue). Especially with the brown and white theme...
