Hi all,
'I live in Australia and have just started my addiction to cakes and cake decorating. However I have run into a issue. Buttercream!

All the recipes I find say to use 'confectioners sugar' however I cannot find anything called that in stores. Do you know what else it may be called? I tried normal icing sugar but it was too runny despite excessive amounts of its use in the recipe.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
