Parchment Paper As Cupcake Liners

I used parchment paper as cupcake liners and really like the look but would like some color...anyone have any ideas as to what other papers might be used? I know i can use ribbon around them etc...but think it would be great if parchment paper came in colors....

Maybe you can do a second layer after they're baked with food-safe color wax tissue?
