I use an apple corer, Just take the middle out with it and fill. I think that's what they use on cupcake wars.

I like to use an apple corer, too, but I notice after 6 or so cupcakes it gets all gummy and I have to keep wiping it off. A pain when you consider that little hole and your trying to get a paper towel in there every few cuppies. Is it just my recipe or do yours do that too?
