I have to make a cake for about 55 people, with the hunting and fishing theme for the 60th birthday of my stepfather. I want to do two flavors of cakes.
I try to calculate how much cake I have to do but I can not.
Can anyone help me? or give me ideas of how to arrange the cake to make it easy to serve (it will be served as dessert at the restaurant).
What dimensions should be each servings? height, width, length?
