We are just about to start organising cupcake parties( place where I host kids parties).
We are not quite sure what to do....... have prepared cupcakes to decorate OR get a cake mix & get kids to bake and decorate in the 2 hours session... Could we make Cake pops or balls instead???
What is more cost effective???
We were thinking of giving the kids 2 cupcakes to take home all decorated....
Time is another factor.....baking cupcakes takes a while... should we get some cupcake makers(electric) that cook 5 cakes at a time.....
Any ideas would be appreciated..
We have to schedule the party so all kids make two cupcakes, have lunch have a dance...... is 2 hours too long???

I would have the cupcakes already baked... less mess for you to clear up and zero risk of anyone burning themselves!
I think 2 hours sounds about right...gives them enough time to open presents, learn from you, play with the frosting and decorate, have some lunch etc.
