Flourecent Yellow Colored Icing

I needed to make this color of icing for some softballs some has asked me to do and i cant figure it out.
I check Americolor but didnt see a flourecent yellow.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

they do a colour called 'electric yellow', but that's the brightest I've seen, and it's not fluro. It might have to do though, unless they want non-edible colour.

Maybe if you used electric yellow, with a tiny bit of an electric green added.

These jackets look as if they have a bit of bright green in it too.
