I am making RV not sure of what filling to go with cream cheese SMBC. I am also doing a lemon and planning on a raspberry filling but unsure of what I want to use for a frosting. Any suggestions? TIA!

For the RV I usually fill mine with whatever using I'm using. I use a white chocolate cream cheese frosting and fill w the same. For the lemon I would do a lemon or light vanilla frosting.

For RV, just fill it with your cream cheese BC. For the lemon, I would do a lemon or white chocolate BC. I was actually reading one of my wedding cake books today and one of the recipes is a lemon buttermilk cake with white chocolate icing. I've made the cake before, but not the icing. I might try it next time.
