I just went into business with my friend and we have started doing wedding expos. We need to know what it is you can spray on the cupcakes to preserve them and use again for other shows. Any ideas?

there is a non edible icing called PermaIce, should be able to get it from your bakery supplier. You can also get cupcakes dummies to ice, although i think they only come with flat tops.

I have iced real cupcakes with real buttercream for a display, they just go hard, not moldy, but i have found the coloured buttercream runs.
