A quick Google search came up with several options:

A couple things to note: It's probably not necessary to tell the baker you want the cake to taste good and look good, and most reputable bakers will not make a Toy Story cake with custom design elements since that is a copyright violation (buying Toy Story toppers and placing them on a custom cake without any copyrighted characters is still OK).
Google is your best tool in finding a good baker. Don't be afraid to call around and get price quotes, or what I like to do, go sample some goodies to make sure they are good any excuse to get a cupcake lol!! What I do for my customers when they want one that has actual toy story figures on them, (i dont do cake kits) I tell them Disney store has the figures, buy them, and I can help them put them on the cake. That way I dont actually "sell" the toys to them!
