I am using DH mix for a red velvet cake for a wedding. Should I add an extra egg and/or pudding for a more dense cake? If so, what flavor pudding? The cake will have 4 tiers with silk flowers separating the tiers.
Check out the cake mix doctor's red velvet cake. It is amazing!! I don't have the book here at work, but can post later if you need it.
