the directions prettymuch say to fill it and bake it, no specifics.I have never used a silicon pan before. What is the best way to use this pan?

Make sure you spray the inside well with cooking spray or Bakers Joy.

Do you have the pan that has the top and bottom of the cupcake in one pan, or are the pieces separate? If they are together, I have heard that some people say the two cakes don't cook evenly. They have said to bake the sections separately.

It is the one that they are seperate.

That's good, at least you will be able to monitor each separately so they are baked properly.
