I am very new to cake decorating and need some advice regarding freezing. I have baked 2 x 18 inch square cakes and they are taking up so much "space" laying flat. I am wondering if it would be safe to "double stack" them once they are frozen. If anyone can help I would be very grateful. Thanks

You don't even need to wait until they're frozen to stack 2.

Thanks HeyJules. I was worried about "squashing" them!
