If you don't have a steamer, a boiling tea kettle works just the same. (Though I don't know if I would steam modeling chocolate) I also know people that use Pam spray for a shiny look.

Should i frost today or tomorrow? I just want to make sure it won't still be frozen for the party. I'm gonna frost right from the freezer. Also, am i suppose to refrigerate after i frost it? I need to get something to put it in too...
