Hi! I am likely going to order this DVD, but was wondering if she talks about serving sizes. I have gotten a request for my first topsy turvy (for 150-200 people) and was hoping there was some guidance of what size cakes to make! Does it talk about using styrofoam wedges at all?

I am not certain if I dicuss serving sizes in it ( has been a while since I have seen it, LOL) but i calculate the 3 layer carved topsy tiers as the same amount as a 2 layer tier. Once you add a 3rd layer, but carve a lot away, I figure it is about the same as a two layer tier.
