Hello!
I made a batch of cupcakes (using Sarah's Red Velvet recipe I found here) and the cupcake tasted amazing but almost all of it got stuck to the liner! It was really messy!
What shoudl I do next time?
I used brandless cupcake liners.

Try reynolds liners or quality greaseproof.

I use commercial grade liners. I spray my liners with butter spray (I use an off brand of PAM). I tried using "original" flavor once - horrible mistake. but the butter flavor worked and gave it a slightly crispy crust that I really like.

I have experimented with many different liners (same pan and batter, 12 different liners) and the only ones that are 100% perfect every time are Reynolds. I have some foil liners I got from etsy and they have done well so far, but I haven't done the test lately. In business, if I have an order for 24 cupcakes and I bake 24, I need for all to be perfect. I adjusted my price and only use Reynolds.
