Royal Icing Flavors

Hey everyone.

Do any of you use flavorings in your royal icing and if so what is your favorite and how much do you use?

I use Cotton Candy all the time for my cookie icing..I've also tried Pina colada..It's good...

I use vanilla or lemon. I like to keep it simple so it doesn't compete with the flavoring of my cookies.

I have used cocoa powder. I replace 1/2 cup of sugar with the cocoa.
