Hi. I CANNOT find the sugar free white chcolate Torani Syrup anywhere. Is there ANYTHING I can use to replace the 1 and 1/3 cups that I would need for this recipe?

I do have white choclate mocha creamer, but that might give a choclatey taste, right?

you can try the jello white chocolate pudding and maybe melt in some real white chocolate. I think Silver Cloud also has a White Chocolate extract.

The instructions are really easy. Just dump all of the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer and mix until combined. I actually found the white chocolate sugar free syrup in my grocery store (Safeway), in the coffee isle. White chocolate coffee creamer would probably work well too. The white chocolate taste is hard to capture in the cake, but this cake did get AMAZING reviews!! I frosted it with a raspberry cream cheese frosting that I made. I used a basic cream cheese frosting recipe but substituted raspberry cream cheese for the regular kind. Hope that helps a bit!
