I personally use Paint shop pro, but it is advanced. Photo Express, Paint (the free version online, not the one that comes with your computer) or any scrapbooking program would work. I always recommend something that someone you know knows!!!!

Are these also good programs for designing cakes and logos?
TIA

Graphics programs have really come a long way and are really more than you need to make pictures for cakes. A lot depends on your ability to learn the program. I recommend scrapbooking programs as essentially it is the same thing as cake decorating. Now if you are using our specialtiy sizes like the 2.5" or 2" circles, you will need a specific printing program. I am testing photo express again today and will let you know how it fairs, but many times it really comes down to your ability to learn programs. Check your computer first as you may already have a program. Do not use word type programs for graphics though.
