So i have been making indydeby's buttercream recipe and absolutely love it...but i tried something different...and it turned out really good...i put 1 cup of chopped cranberries and 1 teaspoon of almond extract in it and it is amazing...you can use Craisins but fresh or frozen cranberries work much better, the flavor is more prominent and plus it colors your icing for you...just a thought, hope some of you try this and it works for you like it did me...thx

Sounds yummy! Does it remain sweet enough for a child's tastebuds?
