Hi. So I have a silly question and I need some help if you guys have an answer. We are opening a cupcakery in Feb and are working on designing our display case. I am looking for trays to put the cupcakes in with holes so that they don't slide around. I see them in all the pictures on the web but I cant figure out where they bought their trays. The only trays for sale that I can find are the Sprinkles acrylic trays that are 24 dollars for a tray to hold a dozen. Do you know where to find cupcake trays that slide onto the display case shelves?

Wilton makes a set of 4 plastic trays, each holds a dozen. We used those in our cases. They lsat fairly long if you are gentle. We used cake board underneath for more support as they are fairly flexible. They are cheap enough that it's no biggie when they do crack.

You should email Brian at the foam studio . com and talk to him about what you need. He has alot of connections with people who do custom work in other mediums like acrylic, etc.

They could make exactly what need & they are so honest on pricing. Dont let the custom part scare you.

You can check out some of these trays and displays. http://bit.ly/g9Sdw4

You may also want to take a look at Novacart products which are not only beautiful but of superior quality, allowing you to bake certain products directly in the bakery liners.

Good luck to you.
