I noticed that ICES has an event called "day of sharing" and was just wondering if anyone has attended this before.
The descriptions had said to bring some of our personal work and 100 copies of a great recipe to share, Are we sharing amongst eachother or are there Instructors?
Just wanted to know what to expect?

All ICES chapters have DOS--and they're all a bit different. Which state chapter DOS are you planning to attend????
