In my city one of my favorite pizza places sells these cookies only at Christmas and Valentine's Day that are amazing! They seem to be almost a mix between a butter cookie and a shortbread cookie. They are not very sweet (which I love), but really melt in your mouth. They are nice a chewy and are not flat and hard like most shortbread cookies. They also dust them with powdered sugar and they have no icing (once again I love)!!

Any ideas or recipes?

I know this is a tall order, but I would love to make something like this on my own and not have to pay four dollars a dozen!!

Thank you!!!!

Lisa

It sounds like you're talking about whipped shortbread?
