Hey everyone I just had some questions regarding Pastry Pride. I couldn't get my hands on any plain bettercreme but found Pastry Pride at my local cake decor. shop. Does anyone know if it is interchangeable with Bettercreme as far as using as a filling and if it is shelf stable for as long? I know 5 days for Bettercreme when placed on product, please tell me it is the same for PP......
