I'm doing a sweet 16 under-the-sea theme cake in a couple weeks and am looking for ideas. The birthday girl is really flexible as to what she wants the cake to look like, only says that she wants it to be "colorful, but still elegant." I have a lot of ideas bouncing around in my head and need some cohesion. So please, post pictures of your cakes like this! (That is, if you don't mind if I use or incorporate your ideas into my cake)
