Reducing "stickeyness" To Wasc

When I turn my WASC cakes onto cooling racks I raise the racks up by placing the rack on glasses of the same height (approx. 4 inches tall) under each corner of the rack as well as putting a clean towel underneath to absorb the steam. This seems to help get rid of that stickey top.
