I am now second guessing myself with how many tiers I will need for a cake for 150 people. Maybe its becuse Ive never done a wedding before but I'm bugging out now.

So I've looked at my cutting guide and others and there is such a difference. I found one guide that has 14''(82)-10''(42)-8''(2icon_cool.gif=152 or 14''(7icon_cool.gif-12''(56)-9''(32)=32

Any advice?

=166

Find the chart you like and stick to it. I see the Wilton wedding chart sizes in the second example (the standard)... may I ask what the chart is from in the first example?

Opps sorry didnt realize my cake sizes and servings looked so weird.

The 1st example 14 (82) 10 (42) 8 (2icon_cool.gif = 152 http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1300478

The 2nd example 14 (7icon_cool.gif 12 (56) 9 (32) = 166 (I also found another chart that says this same combination serves 160???)
